Management change at VACUFLEX GmbH as of January 1st, 2023

Dear VACUFLEX® business partners,

as of January 1st, 2023, Mr. Peter Endres will leave VACUFLEX GmbH after almost 25 years in order to fully dedicate himself to the extended responsibilities as Managing Director and CEO of the Schauenburg Hose Technology GmbH.

Mr. Julien Braun and Mr. Nico Gruber will continue the business of VACUFLEX GmbH as new Managing Directors alongside Mr. Maik Lasarzik and will continue to be supported by Mrs. Stefanie Endres in her function as General Manager. Thus, you can build on a steady and trustful cooperation for the next decades.

We wish you, your families and your fellow colleagues a peaceful and reflective holiday season as well as a good and healthy start for 2023.

Tired to connect spiral hoses? VACUFLEX® has the solution for it

What to do when a flexible hose has a spiral and is not smooth on the inside or on the outside? Using a clamp is not that easy and creating a tight solution for a fluid system is nearly impossible!

Using cuffs - either as a screw-on or directly over-molded version - will help to design a proper solution. A cuff has a spiral-free end and it can be fixed by a regular clamp to make it tight. Some cuffs also have a conical inside or outside fit for a strong connection that even a clamp is not needed.

But cuffs can do more. With elbow cuffs, the flexible hose can get stress released while being fixed. So the lifetime of the hose assembly can be extended.

There are many other solutions with cuffs connected to flexible hoses to make our life much easier. Cuffs can give added value to your entire system.

For those who need an absolutely inside smooth hose that is still flexible, the VACUFLEX® team has the solution. Have a look at our SMOOTHFLEX PU series. Due to the new production method and design, the next evolution of full plastic spiral hoses is available. The new SMOOTHFLEX series combines the following advantages in one hose: smooth inside, max wall thickness below the helix, improved abrasive resistance, less weight (optimized wall to lower material use in areas where it is not needed), different material combinations (helix and wall), outside convoluted while being bent and cost-effective production runs. This series is available in different wall thicknesses, in ECO-friendly materials, or in customized designs.

New - Smoothflex PU EL!

An explosion is a nightmare. To avoid such tragedies, electro conductive flexible hoses, must be used. VACUFLEX® has created a new product, called Smoothflex PU EL, which is made out of electro-conductive polyurethane (TPU) material.

Our ECO based spiral hose has less carbon footprint due to:

  • usage of own made durable ECO friendly compounds
  • made on machines with lower electrical consumption
  • produced with green energy
  • reduced packaging material - especially no single plastic wrapping

VACUFLEX is proud to present its second location in China, in Changxing (near to Huzhou - 160km from Shanghai). VACUFLEX Hose Technology Ltd. will be producing in a 3.500 sqm building, flexible hoses for the domestic market and some export markets.

German made machinery, German based training of our skilled Chinese colleagues and a German quality control system in production and raw materials will guarantee the well-known quality level of our products.
